The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from Duraport Marine and Rail Terminal, to perform maintenance dredging with upland disposal of a 6.8 acre berth area located adjacent to their existing facility within the Kill Van Kull. The project site is located in the City of Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey.
