Dredged Material Management Plan PEIS Poster Sessions April 1998

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO TODAY?
In April 1998, the New York District conducted a series of public scoping meetings for the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) of the Dredged Material Management Plan (DMMP) for the Port of New York and New Jersey. At these meetings, the poster stations provided information about the PEIS process and how it is related to the DMMP. A question and answer period and a comment form gave an opportunity to provide comments on the PEIS process.

A public statement, the comment form, and reproductions of the posters are provided below. After looking over the information, you can review the current status of the DMMP at other pages on this site, and e-mail your suggestions and comments to the DMMP Study Manager or EIS Coordinator.
