Ms. Jodi M. McDonald is the senior civilian in New York District, serving as the Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management and Chief of Programs and Project Management Division. As the DDEPM, she oversees a diverse portfolio of Military Construction, Civil Works, Interagency and International Support, and Environmental Remediation studies and projects across the States of New York, New Jersey, and Greenland. She serves as the principal technical advisor and consultant to the District Commander, other District organizations, sponsors and partners, public and private interests, and higher authority on all aspects of the District programs.
