The applicant, Sagaponack Beach Erosion Control District, Town of Southampton, has requested Department of the Army authorization for the proposed dredging of approximately 1,190,000 cubic yards (CY) of sand from an offshore borrow area and placed along 14,125 linear feet of eroded dunes and beach in the Hamlets of Bridgehampton and Water Mill, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, New York.
