The applicant requests authorization for the following:
• 3 Shore Road – Construct an approximately four-foot-wide by 396-foot-long fixed
pier in an “L” with an approximately 10-foot-wide by 10-foot-long dual wave
runner lift will be installed along the south side of the fixed pier and an
approximately 14.5-foot-wide by 16-foot-long boat lift will be installed on the north
side of the fixed pier.
• 5.5 Shore Road (Community Dock) – Construct an approximately six-foot-wide
by 289-foot-long fixed pier with two (2) eight-foot-wide by 29-foot-long fixed finger
piers. An approximately two-foot-wide by three-foot-long kayak lift will be installed
on the western side of the western most fixed finger pier.
• 5 Shore Road – Construct an approximately six-foot-wide by 240-foot-long fixed
pier with an approximately eight-foot-wide by 35-foot-long section of fixed pier at
the eastern end in a “T” configuration. Additionally install an approximately 10-
foot-wide by 10-foot-long dual wave runner lift and an approximately 14.5-footwide
by 16-foot-long boat lift.
• 21 Shore Road – Construct an approximately four-foot-wide by 225-foot-long
fixed pier with an approximately eight-foot-wide by 20-foot-long fixed finger pier
installed on the south side of the pier and an approximately 14.5-foot-wide by 16-
foot-long boat lift installed on the north side of the pier.
• 27 Shore Road – Construct an approximately six-foot-wide by 210-foot-long
section of fixed pier leading to an approximately six-foot-wide by 39-foot-long
section of fixed pier in an “L” configuration. Additionally install an approximately
10-foot-wide by 10-foot-long dual wave runner lift and an approximately 14.5-
foot-wide by 16-foot-long boat lift.
• 31 Shore Road – Construct an approximately four-foot-wide by 146-foot-long
fixed pier with nine (9) associated mooring piles.
• 33 Shore Road – Construct an approximately four-foot-wide by 130-foot-long
fixed pier leading to an approximately eight-foot-wide by 10-foot-long section of
fixed pier at the eastern end.
• 35 Shore Road – Construct an approximately four-foot-wide by 192-foot-long
section of fixed pier leading to an approximately four-foot-wide by 22-foot-long
section of fixed pier in an “L” configuration with an approximately 14.5-foot-wide
by 16-foot-long boat lift installed on the north side of the fixed pier.
All piers will be constructed on 16-inch diameter steel pipe piles.
