The applicant, New York State Electric and Gas, has requested Department of the Army authorization for the discharge of fill material and work within navigable waters of the United States to facilitate the modification of a trash rack and related structures to increase the functionality and safety of the development and for post-construction maintenance on an existing hydropower dam in the Town of Saranac, Clinton County, New York.
