The applicant requests authorization for the in-place replacement of 17,292 square feet of
docks structures and the construction of 4,058 square feet of new docks structures,
including in-place replacement of 62 piles and 95 new piles. The Bayles dock will extend
from the north in a “T”-shape and will be approximately 173-foot-long by 10-foot-wide and
96-foot-long by 10-foot- wide. Middle Dock will extend to the east in a “L” shape and will
be approximately 52-foot-long by eight-foot-wide and 104-foot-long by eight-foot-wide.
