The New York District, Corps of Engineers received a permit application from the New Jersey Turnpike Authority requesting authorization to discharge fill into, and construct beneath waters of the United States, to facilitate the installation of a new 6-inch diameter underground natural gas transmission pipeline that would extend from an existing natural gas transmission main line to the Vince Lombardi Service area. The proposed project would be located within the Hackensack River watershed, in the Borough of Ridgefield, Bergen County, New Jersey.
