The permit applicant, East Hampton Town Trustees, has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to conduct dredging, with ten-years maintenance with placement of all resultant dredged material at designated beach placement areas. The project is located at Fresh Pond, a tributary of Napeague Bay, in Amagansett, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.
