(New York, NY) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, has received additional funding through the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) to advance remediation at several New Jersey sites impacted by the nation’s early atomic energy program. The newly allocated resources will accelerate cleanup efforts that protect public health, restore environmental quality, and strengthen community safety.
