The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from First Aviation Services d/b/a Signature Flight Support Corporation (FAS), and co-applicant, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), to discharge fill material into waters of the United States to facilitate the construction and installation of two new aircraft hangars with associated office space, a paved aircraft apron area, an associated retaining wall, access road, and parking area. The proposed activities would take place at the existing FAS Facility located within the Teterboro Airport (TEB). The project site is situated within the Hackensack River watershed, in the Boroughs Moonachie and Teterboro, Bergen County, New Jersey.
