The applicant, Suffolk County Department of Public Works, has requested Department of the Army authorization for ten-year maintenance dredging of Noyac Creek with beach placement on the Noyac Bay shoreline of Jessup Neck and Clam Island in Noyac, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, New York.
