The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from Weeks Marine, Inc. to discharge fill material into waters of the United States to facilitate the rehabilitation of existing Pier C, and the associated and existing eastern, southern, and hardstand marginal waterfront areas situated along the southern side of Pier C. The project site is located within the Upper New York Harbor, in the City of Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey.
