Regulated Work Description: The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from the Public Service Electric and Gas Co. to discharge fill material into waters of the United States to facilitate the construction and installation of a high voltage electrical transformer and associated security wall. The project site is located within Bellman's Creek, a tidal tributary of the Hackensack River, in the Borough of Ridgefield, Bergen County, New Jersey.
