The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from Cape Liberty Cruise Port, LLC to dredge, with upland disposal, an existing cruise vessel berth area, and perform rehabilitation activities to an existing pile supported wharf. The project site is located within the Upper New York Harbor, adjacent to the Port Jersey Federal Navigation Channel, in the City of Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey.
