The Wetland Trust, has requested Department of the Army authorization to develop an Umbrella Mitigation Bank, in the following basins: Mid-Hudson Basin (HUC 02020006), Hudson-Wappinger Basin (HUC 02020008), “West of Hudson” Roundout-Wallkill Basin (HUC 02020007) and the Lower Hudson Basin (HUC 02030101), situated within the Hudson River Watershed, in Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Greene, Columbia, Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York.
