The New York District, Corps of Engineers has received a permit application from Tilcon New York Inc., to perform dredging, with ten years maintenance and upland disposal, of their existing berth area to a depth of -20-feet below the plane of Mean Low Water. The project site is located within the Hudson River, in the Village of Haverstraw, Rockland County, New York.
