The applicant, the Village of Lloyd Harbor, has requested Department of the Army authorization to conduct dredging with ten-years maintenance with placement of the dredged material at a designated beach placement area and at an upland location. The project is located in Cold Spring Harbor, a tributary of Long Island Sound at Lloyd Harbor Village Park in the Village of Lloyd Harbor, Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, New York.
