The applicant, Suffolk County Department of Public Works, has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to conduct dredging, with ten-year maintenance with placement of all resultant dredged material at a diked off upland area east of Tuthill Cove navigation channel. The project is located at Tuthill Cove, a tributary of Moriches Bay in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York.
