Project Description: The applicant, Camp Pine Cove LLC, has requested Department of the Army permit for the impacts associated with the development of a private residential property with impacts to Simon Pond, in the Town of Tupper Lake, Franklin County, New York. The development of the property includes the dredging of 55 cubic yards of material from a 1674 square foot area of Simon Pond to facilitate the construction of a boathouse structure; and the construction of a roadway and bridge over Simon Pond.
