The applicant, Raz Tirosh, has requested Department of the Army authorization for the replacement of approximately 80 linear feet of an existing stone seawall with a new stone revetment, the construction of a pile-supported pier, the installation of a floating pier assembly and the installation of a mooring buoy, within the Hudson River, in the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York.
