The applicant, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to continue to perform maintenance dredging activities at Pier 98 in the Hudson River at the foot of West 59th Street and 12th Avenue in the Borough of Manhattan.
