Regulated Work Description: The New York District, Corps of Engineers received a permit application from the City of Bayonne, requesting authorization to construct and install within navigable waters of the United States, a public ferry terminal. The proposed project would take place along the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor (formerly the Military Ocean Terminal at Bayonne, MOTBY), within the Upper New York Harbor, in the City of Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey.
