The applicant, East Hampton Town Trustees, has requested Department of the Army authorization to excavate and relocate the mouth of Little Northwest Creek in Sag Harbor Bay, Tributary of Shelter Island Sound, in the Village of Sag Harbor, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.
