The permit applicant, Newport Beach Property Owners Association, has requested Department of the Army authorization for 10 Year Maintenance Dredging with Upland Disposal in Heil’s Creek, a tributary of Great South Bay located at the East End of Driftwood Lane, East Moriches, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York.
