The applicant, the Village of Patchogue, has requested Department of the Army authorization for the
stream realignment, removal of an existing bulkhead, installation of rock sills, and establishment of
tidal wetlands in Patchogue Bay at 14 Baker Street in the Village of Patchogue, Town of Brookhaven,
Suffolk County, New York.
