The applicant, Bridgeview Harbour LLC, d/b/a Bridgeview Harbour Marina, has requested Department of the Army authorization to maintain structures as previously placed, and perform new work, including the placement of new moorings, in navigable waters of the United States to expand an existing marina with associated docking facilities and services. The project site is in Lake Champlain, in the Town of Moriah, Essex County, New York.
