The applicant, Devon Yacht Club, has since requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to conduct dredging, with ten-year maintenance with placement of all resultant dredged material at an upland disposal site located adjacent and to the southeast of the dredging location. The project is located within a marina basin in Napeague Bay, Amagansett, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.
