The applicant, the Dutchess County Department of Public Works, has requested Department of the Army authorization for the discharge of fill material into approximately 0.832 acres of waters of the United States, for the construction of a pedestrian and bike trail to be known as the Northside Line Trail, in the City and Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.
