The New York District, Corps of Engineers (Corps) has received a proposal pursuant to Title 33 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 332.8(d)(8), requesting the modification of the existing federally approved “Saw Mill Creek Pilot Mitigation Bank Mitigation Banking Instrument” (MBI) sponsored by the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) to include a 10.90-acres of proposed mitigation.
