    The applicant, Port Albany Ventures, LLC, has requested a Department of the Army permit to facilitate dredging activities at an existing docking facility located approximately 100 feet from the Federal Navigation Channel along the western shoreline of the Hudson River, at 140 Port Road South, in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County, New York. Dredging at the site, with 10-year maintenance was previously authorized under DA Permit NAN-2004-00050, which expired on December 22, 2014.

    The permit applicant, the Town of East Hampton, has requested Department of the Army authorization to perform dredging with ten-year maintenance of Georgica Pond and Georgica Cove, located in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York, with upland stockpile placement of all resultant dredged material. A previous DA permit (NAN-2002-01491) issued to the Town of East Hampton for ten-year maintenance dredging of Georgica Pond and Georgica Cove, with upland stockpile placement of all resultant dredged material, expired on 07 January 2015. The purpose of this project is to remedy shoaling conditions at Georgica Cove, improve water quality to reduce the potential for algal blooms at Georgica Pond, and provide sand for future beach nourishment projects throughout the Town of East Hampton.

    The permit applicant, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, has requested Department of the Army authorization to continue to perform annual maintenance dredging activities at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal in the Hudson River at the foot of West 55th Street in the Borough of Manhattan, New York County, New York. The purpose of this proposed annual maintenance dredging is to continue to maintain sufficient water depths within the Manhattan Cruise Terminal's berths between Pier 86 and Pier 92 for continuing safe vessel use.
