A detailed description and plans of the Sponsor's proposed Mitigation Bank activities has been published on the New York District, USACE website in the Prospectus document. The purpose of the bank is to provide off-site, third-party compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to waters of the United States, including wetlands, within the bank’s specified service areas.
