The permit applicant, Vito D’Alessandro, has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to close off the existing boat slip with discharge of fill and to reconstruct a new bulkhead in line with the existing bulkhead in an unnamed canal and Great South Bay in Massapequa, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York.
