The permit applicant, Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to construct a new thirty-one (31) slip marina and kayak launch in Wreck Lead Channel at 7 Washington Avenue, Harbor Isle, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York.
