    The sponsor proposes the construction of ten-year maintenance dredging with upland placement in in Mott’s Creek at 4 Johnson Road, in the Hamlet of Inwood, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York. The proposed dredging is described in the plans entitled “Preliminary Dredging Plan”, dated January 8, 2026. The purpose of the project is to increase harbor access and maintain safe navigation.
