    The applicant, 40200 Main LLC, has requested Department of the Army authorization to perform ten year maintenance dredging, with a total dredge volume of approximately 5,400 cubic yards and return flow to the waterway. The proposed activity would also include the removal and replacement of timber bulkhead and associated boat ramp, finger piers, floating docks, piles and decking in an existing man-made boat basin. The project site is located in Gardiners Bay, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York.
