    The applicant, 57 West Street LLC has requested Department of the Army (DA) authorization to install a new six-foot-wide by 85-foot-long aluminum ramp leading to a 30-foot-wide by 90-foot-long floating barge landing. The barge landing will be secured to the seafloor by four (4), 30-inch diameter steel spuds. The proposed structures will be located approximately 648 feet away from the East River Federal Channel.
