Additional regulated activities would include extending an existing Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority Combined Sewerage (CSO) discharge and outfall structure. The project site is located within the New Jersey Transit Hoboken Terminal Facility, within the Hudson River, in the City of Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey.
